Summer's Hot at Sunset Playhouse

Summer musical 'Sweet Charity' opening on July 13, setting off a busy summer season at Sunset.

Nearby Sunset Playhouse announced its summer series, which opens on July 13:

'Sweet Charity,' July 13-August 5  (July 12 - Preview Night; Aug 1 - Value Night)

Charity is hoping to be loved so much that she can't see the forest through the trees.  She searches for the perfect guy, all the while singing, dancing, and dreaming with her girlfriends as a Times Square dance hall girl.  This wonderful song and dance extravaganza includes show stoppers like Big Spender, If My Friends Could See Me Now, and There's Gotta Be Something Better than This and is bound to fill the Furlan Auditorium with big time Broadway Pizzazz.
