Suspected Thief Stranded After His Ride Home Arrested
A man who was looking to steal items from the Muskego Kwik trip should have picked his drivers more carefully.

Mom always said there would be days like this, and a man who had plans to steal items from the Muskego Kwik Trip probably felt like it was one of those days.
On February 24, Muskego Police responded to the report of a retail theft at the convenience center and gas station at Janesville Road and Racine Avenue. However, they did not have to worry about the suspect getting away.

Apparently the 29-year-old West Allis man had to wait for a ride, but wasn't aware that the driver of the car he was riding in on that date was also arrested for operating after revocation, and wasn't coming to get him anytime soon. He was formally charged with the offense on March 3.

Friday, March 1 – A resident in the W14900 block of College Avenue reported the theft of solar landscape lights.
Saturday, March 2 – A 43-year-old Muskego woman was arrested for drunk driving in the S6700 block of Gaulke Drive.
Sunday, March 3 –
- A 31-year-old Muskego woman in the W18400 block of Lions Park Drive was advised that the police department had received a loud music complaint from a neighbor. A second complaint at 8:15 p.m. resulted in the woman receiving a citation.
Monday, March 4 –
- A 25-year-old Muskego man was arrested for several outstanding warrants, as well as possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on Janesville Road at Crowbar Drive.
- A 30-year-old Franskville man was arrested for his second drunk driving offense after putting his car in a ditch in the S9900 block of North Cape Road.
Tuesday, March 5 – A 54-year-old Muskego man living on Overlook Bay Road was arrested for disorderly conduct after getting into an altercation with a neighbor.
Wednesday, March 6 – A-17-year old Muskego boy was arrested for fourth degree sexual assault after groping a male patron at Kwik Trip.
Friday, March 8 –
- A 17-year-old Milwaukee teen and 19-year-old Greenfield man were advised they were no longer welcome at Walmart, after becoming belligerent with staff who told them to stop playing with the motorized carts.
- A 44-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunk driving after falling off his snowmobile in the S9700 block of Rockridge Court and injuring his ankle.
