Suspicious Car Seen at Bus Stops
Nearby North Cape School District is warning of a suspicious vehicle seen near bus stops, which has Muskego Police relaying the message to stay alert and report any strange activity.

The Muskego Police Department is advising that 'forewarned is forearmed' by passing along a message regarding suspicious activity at a nearby school district.
"Recently, the North Cape School District, located south of Muskego, sent a letter to parents reporting that on Wednesday, May 9, several of their students reported seeing a suspicious vehicle in the area of several bus stops over the past several weeks," explained Lt. Dave Constantineau in his weekly report. "They described the vehicle as a dark red, 4-door vehicle, driven by a white male in his mid to late 30’s, with dark hair. He was reportedly seen in the Wind Lake area, near Burmeister Rd, East Wind Lake Rd., Olson Rd., Britton Rd, and Hwy K."
So far, there have been no reports that this man has approached children or done anything illegal or criminal in nature, according to the report, however, Constantineau said, "We want to pass this information along to you so you can inform and educate your children so you and they can take appropriate safety precautions. If you or your children see something suspicious, contact the police department immediately."

In this age where kids are also more likely to have a cell phone than not, police are advising them to use them.
"If your children have their own cell phones, make sure our number (262-679-4130) is programmed into it. If they don’t have our non-emergency number, call 911. In either event, we will respond and investigate. While I don’t want to alarm anyone, forewarned is forearmed," Constantineau said.
