PD: 'Sex Assault' in Kwik Trip Bathroom Could Lead to Charges
A 48-year-old man tells police he was grabbed inappropriately in the restroom of a Muskego Kwik Trip by a 17-year-old, who says he was just in a hurry to use the restroom.

A Muskego teen could face fourth-degree sexual assault charges in Waukesha County Court after reports state he grabbed a man inappropriately in a convenience store restroom.
According to Muskego Police reports:
A man using a restroom stall at Kwik Trip on March 6 claimed he heard the 17-year-old enter the room, and walk up to the door to the point the man felt he would peer over it into the stall.

He told the teen that he would be finished shortly, and the teen replied he was OK with it, according to the report. But upon leaving the stall, the man told police, the teen "looked up and down at him, paused briefly, then stepped forward and grabbed him in a deliberate and forceful manner" in the man's genital area.
The teen denied the story to police, saying he had stopped at Kwik Trip to use the restroom while his mom waited in the car, but because he was in such a hurry, bumped into the man.

Police noted that the teen had changed his story upon further interviews, and with the man's statements, arrested him and then released him to his mother. Police forwarded a request for charges to the Waukesha County District Attorney's office for review.
