The Blizzard vs. Endless Spring

Yesterday's temperatures hovered around 50 degrees. Today's forecast calls for sunshine and highs near 40. 

Winter? What's that?

Let's take a moment and think back to one year ago today, when southeastern Wisconsin was buried beneath nearly 2 feet of snow. School was canceled, most businesses closed, and people were stranded when they waited too long to drive home the night before.
