Top 10 Stories: #1 - Last Ride for Area Man Has Readers Demanding Caution

A tragic ride for an area biker still has not been resolved as to what happened with the driver of a vehicle, who crossed the center line and killed him

A sunny July day was marred by tragedy when Robert Gunderson was struck by a vehicle while on a bike ride along Woods Road.

The 62-year-old Muskego resident was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver is still awaiting charges, as the accident report has not been completed by the state.

It touched many people, and as a result it was the most read story on Muskego Patch in 2012. It is a tribute to our local audience that they do care about the local issues first and foremost, as many of the recall stories in contrast didn't register much in the top 30.
