A new business in Muskego faces legislative hurdles right out of the gate

While it's good to see new businesses set up shop in Muskego, the opening of Roll-n-Go Tobacco was not entirely well-received by readers or other businesses.

Some felt it was sending the wrong message of the types of businesses Muskego should have on its main drag, Janesville Road. Other stores that sell loose tobacco also saw it as a threat to their business.

However, a change in the laws could render this and other businesses that feature rolling machines for customers to make their own cigarettes for a fraction of the price, unworkable. To date, the store is still operating, meaning that the legislation has been held up in Congress. (Sounds familiar...)
