Participants receive food vouchers for milk, eggs, cheese, cereal, peanut butter, dried beans and peas, tuna, carrots, fruit juices and infant formula; nutrition education and information; breastfeeding support; referrals to other public health, community, and health services as needed.
Those eligible are residents of the state of Wisconsin, pregnant women or new mothers, infants up to age one, or children up to the age of five who are income eligible.
