Where to Go Out to Ring In the New Year in Muskego

Muskego's pubs have a local pub crawl Thursday night, but will also be open for your New Year's pleasure, as well as the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1.

The party starts early in Muskego as the last big weekend of the year approaches, taking us nearly to mid week next week. Overall, tavern owners tell us it's not as big of a night as you would expect, so things are kept fairly low-key.

If you feel like heading out to celebrate there are also a few options, beginning Thursday, but as in all things, be smart and be safe.

Thursday, Dec. 27 - Holiday Pub Crawl 6:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Matty's Bar, Marx Pioneer Inn, JD's Pub, Danny Haskell's and Romey's in Franklin are all part of this annual local event, which allows you to 'bus it' between establishments. $20
