ATTENTION: New Berlin Residential Up-the-Drive Paid Subscribers thru Waste Management

New Berlin WI – New Berlin residents who were paid subscribers to Up-the-Drive (UTD) service thru Waste Management please beware. You may be receiving an invoice to continue this service for 2022 ($190.80). Do NOT pay this bill since the City has terminated its contract with Waste Management as of 12/31/21. More importantly, if you had previously set up ‘auto-pay’ for this service whereby the amount is automatically charged to your account, please contact Waste Management at 888-960-0008 and stop payment immediately.

If you are interested in continuing a paid subscription for Up-the-Drive service thru the City’s new contractor Johns Disposal, please contact 262-473-4700 to set up collection and pay for the 2022 service year. The cost for UTD service in 2022 will be $19.95 per month and requires a minimum one-year commitment as well as an annual one-time prepayment.
