Waste Management Trash Cart Pick-Up Extended Until Jan. 21: New Berlin

New Berlin WI – Waste Management has extended pickup of old trash/recycling carts for an additional week. Originally scheduled to be completed by January 14th, carts will continue to be picked up, on behalf of Waste Management, by Sierra Container Group, thru January 21, 2022. Carts must be empty and curbside during this timeframe. This includes the carts of any residents who were paid subscribers to ‘up-the-drive’ service. Any container with trash or recycling in it will not be picked up.

Any issues with pickup should be directed to Waste Management at 888-960-0008 or 262-251-4000. Or residents may use the Waste Management Contact Form found on the City’s homepage. Residents may also contact City Hall at 262-797-2441 or 262-786-8610.

Johns Disposal Service Inc. has now assumed responsibility for City of New Berlin eligible city-wide residential garbage/recycling pickup. All eligible residential customers should now have their new John’s carts in their possession. Any questions on trash/recycling pickup or new or additional carts should be directed to Johns Disposal at 262-473-4700.
