Part Of 124th Street Closed For Private Work In New Berlin
Construction was planned to start Friday on 124th Street between Greenfield Avenue and Meadow Lane. Work is expected to take about 2 weeks.
NEW BERLIN, WI — The City of New Berlin announced on Facebook construction is beginning Friday on 124th Street between Greenfield Avenue and Meadow Lane.
The closure comes with private construction for a pipeline. Intercon Construction is in charge of the work being done, the City said in the post. A detour route using Meadow Lane and Elm Grove Road will be posted, the post said.
The closure is not a part of a city-related project but is expected to take two weeks until completion.
