27th Street Nursing Home Construction to Begin This Year
Illinois-based health care company previously purchased 8.8 acre site in Oak Creek.
An Illinois health care company recently purchased 8.8 acres of vacant land on South 27th St. in Oak Creek to build a new $1.4 million nursing home there.
According to an article published by the Milwaukee BizTimes, Villa Health Care purchased the property, on the east side of 27th Street between Puetz Rd. and Drexel Ave. to build a 138-bed facility.
The proposed site was listed as a vacant site at 8380, 8400 and 8432 S. 27th St., according to state records.
Oak Creek City Administrator told the BizTimes that he expected construction to begin this year.
