According to the criminal complaint, police reviewed surveillance camera footage, and saw six people enter the Sportland II property where the fence was cut.

Police said the six were seen conducting a break-in: picking the lock of a door to the building, entering the building, and removing three motorcycles from inside the building.

Police said the video surveillance footage showed them pushing the motorcycles back through the hole in the fence from which they entered the property.

Officers searched the area, and located all three motorcycles: with two of them located next to a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with no license plates. Alvarez Sostre, Polaco-Pizarro, Quinones-Alamo and Ruiz were arrested at about that time, police said.
