Friends of Oak Creek Library Holding Open Meetings

National Library Week is April 14th through the 20th. In celebration of that event, the Friends of the Oak Creek Public Library will be holding an open house in the public meeting room on Monday, April 15th, Wednesday, April 17th and Friday, April 19th, from 2 – 4 p.m.  Coffee, cookies, juice and water will be served. We would love to have you join us for coffee and if you are interested in becoming a “Friend” we would love to talk to you about that.

The “Friends” are excited to announce that they are now doing a fundraiser, selling coffee, travel mugs and tote bags. These products are available for purchase at the library. The coffee is from Stone Creek Coffee, located in Milwaukee and you will be sampling it at our open house.  The flavor is Cream City blend and we have it in regular, decaf and whole bean at a cost of $13 per pound. The screw top coffee travel mugs are $6 and the tote bags are $4. These make wonderful gifts, especially with Mother’s Day and Father’s day coming up soon.
