Construction To Start On Speculative Oak Creek Warehouses In May, June
The two new warehouses at the Oakview Business Park are set to begin construction soon, with completion expected in fall, the company said.

OAK CREEK, WI — Construction is set to begin in May and June for two new speculative warehouses in the Oakview Industrial Park, developer HSA Commercial announced Monday in a news release.
The thousands of square feet of industrial space are set to be nestled in the industrial park on Oakview Parkway near existing warehouses west of Howell Avenue and south of Oakwood Road.
One warehouse, OakView II Industrial, would be a 154,810 square foot space at 10551 South Oakview Parkway, while the other building would be a 131,244 square foot space at 150 West Oakview Parkway, according to the news release from HSA.

The industrial construction comes with an expectation of fast leasing, according to a statement made by HSA CEO Robert Smietana in the release.
"All indicators show the Milwaukee regional submarket is still underserved despite record construction activity," Smietana said.

The Oakview II warehouse could begin construction in June, with completion charted for October. The 150 West Oakview space could begin construction in May, with completion in September, according to the news release. Riley Construction is set to be the general contractor for the Oak Creek projects.
