Fire On Sommers Drive Extinguished In 10 Minutes: Oak Creek Fire Dept.
Nobody was injured in a fire Sunday afternoon at a building on Sommers Drive, the Oak Creek Fire Department said in a news release.
OAK CREEK, WI — Nobody was injured after a fire broke out at a building in the 1600 block of East Sommers Drive Sunday, the Oak Creek Fire Department said in a news release.
Firefighters were called out around 12:45 p.m. for a report of a structure fire. Fire and smoke could be seen coming out of the building as the first firefighters arrived. The firefighters began an offensive attack on the blaze, according to the news release.
Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames within 10 minutes of arriving, according to the news release.

It happened near Nicholson Road and Sommers Drive in a largely residential neighborhood.
