Highway 38 Between Oak Creek and Franksville Expanding in 2016
Plans call for nine miles of South Howell Avenue to be expanded to four lanes.
The Milwaukee Business Journal reports this afternoon that Highway 38 between Oak Creek and Franksville will be expanded to four lanes in 2016. The project will affect a nine-mile segment of South Howell Avenue between Oakwood Avenue and Racine County Highway K. See the story here.Â
