Hub13 Apartments Expect First Units To Be Available In Spring

The development, which broke ground in May 2021, has already made pre-leasing available, according to a news release.

OAK CREEK, WI — Hub13, the luxury apartment development being constructed near Drexel Avenue and 13th Street, is expecting to make its first units available in spring, according to a news release from Wingspan Development Group.

Pre-leasing for the 300-unit apartment complex is also underway, the release said. The development will eventually bring nine apartment buildings to the area containing a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments that range from 582 to 1341 square feet.

The development broke ground in May of 2021.

The cost to rent a unit would start at $1100, according to the news release.

"There is a real hunger for Class A luxury rentals in the suburbs right now, and Oak Creek is no exception. Early signs point to a great lease-up here as people who have a long rental wish list are finding everything they want and more at Hub13," Jason Macklin, director of development for Wingspan Development Group said in the news release.

Amenities at the development will eventually include a fitness center, a community clubhouse and lounge, a pool, a fire pit, outdoor grilling and games, a wine and beer room, and even a dog park, according to the news release.
