The Oak Creek TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) group meets Wednesday nights at the . TOPS is a nonprofit group with the goal of helping its members take off unwanted weight and keep it off.  Members pay nominal annual dues, $2 as monthly dues and 25 cents per weigh-in.  The meetings are filled with tips, programs and support in your weight loss journey.  Weigh-ins start at least an hour before meetings, which begin at 7 and are done by 8.
