My Paper Playground Offers Hands-On Fun

My Paper Playground, a scrapbooking store at 8880 S. Howell Ave., doesn't just sell supplies—it also provides a work space for people to work on their own projects.

Every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., people can drop in for the Cards and Coffee group and work on whatever project they wish. The projects on this day were preparations for the Easter holiday, just a few weeks away.

My Paper Playground, which opened in 2012, sells scrapbooking paper and supplies, as well as rubber stamps, inks, tools and embellishments.
