New Daycare Center Proposed In Oak Creek On Forest Hill Avenue
A new child development center for kids as young as six weeks could be coming to Oak Creek on Forest Hill Avenue.
OAK CREEK, WI — A new child development and daycare facility could be coming to Forest Hill Avenue in Oak Creek.
The Learning Experience is looking to construct a 10,000-square-foot building plus a private playground with a design that could accommodate up to 159 students with around 23 staff, according to city documents. The new building would be located at 150 West Forest Hill Avenue.
The Oak Creek Common Council is scheduled to discuss granting a conditional use permit to allow the facility during its Tuesday meeting.

The company behind the proposal, The Learning Experience, has other locations across the country, according to documents submitted to the city. Their centers offer care for children between six weeks and five years. Some company locations also offer after-school care for children up to 8 years old.
The facility features enrichment programs such as "Marvelous Math," plus "Music 4 Me" and more.
