No Injuries In Garage Fire On Sharon Drive: Oak Creek Fire Department

One person was evacuated from a home near the blaze, the fire was contained and nobody was injured, the Oak Creek Fire Department said.

OAK CREEK, WI — Nobody was injured after a garage caught fire Saturday night in the 2600 block of East Sharon Drive, according to a news release from the Oak Creek Fire Department.

One person was evacuated from the home nearby, authorities said.

Authorities were called out around 11 p.m. The firefighters who arrived first saw the fire had extended to a nearby garage and a shed, the department said.

Firefighters extinguished the fire and contained it to the garages and shed, according to the news release.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation, the department said.
