Oak Creek Healthy Living Series Continues This Week

The Oak Creek Health Department and Aurora Health Care are continuing their Healthy Living Series with three new presentations at the Civic Center, the first of which is slated for the coming week.

"Awareness Through Movement: Feldenkrais Method" is scheduled for 6 p.m. this Thursday, March 23 at the village hall, 8040 S. 6th St..

The session will cover how attention to movement and breathing can create ease and comfort if faced with bouts of prolonged sitting.
