Oak Creek Man Arrested After Fighting Kwik Trip Manager: Police
According to police call logs, the Oak Creek man had prior convictions for disorderly conduct, and retail theft.
WAUKESHA, WI — A 38-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested by police in Waukesha following an apparent fight with a manager at Kwik Trip.
According to Waukesha police call logs, officers were sent to the Kwik Trip at 2530 N. Grandview Blvd. just before 6 a.m. on May 16 on a report of a fight.
Police said the man stole some items from the Kwik Trip. When he was spotted by store staff, a manager confronted him outside, police said.

According to police, he was talked back into the store by the manager, but when he went back in, he was told to return the items he took.
Police said the Oak Creek man grabbed the manager, and a brief struggle between he and the manager ensued before the Oak Creek man fled the store.

Waukesha police said they tracked the man down and arrested him. According to police call logs, an officer on patrol spotted his car on I-94 just east of Highway F. The officer conducted a traffic stop where the Oak Creek man was arrested. He was later cited and released, police said.
