Oak Creek Reopens City Hall, Police Department, Other Facilities
City officials said hand sanitizer is available at all locations, and that all transaction areas will be cleaned frequently.

OAK CREEK, WI — Some of Oak Creek’s municipal buildings, including City Hall, the Police Station, DPW building, and Water and Sewer Utility office, are back open, with some limitations and safety precautions in place due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in Wisconsin.
City officials said hand sanitizer is available at all locations, and that all transaction areas will be cleaned frequently.
All staff member will be provided with face masks, and city officials are encouraging everyone to also wear masks to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

City Hall

City Hall access will be limited to the north and south entrances. Restrooms will be closed to the public for the time being, and meeting room rentals are not available.
City Meetings
City meetings will continue via video conference to limit public gatherings, officials said. In order to participate in a public meeting, individuals need to register prior to the start of the session.
Oak Creek Public Library
The Library is still closed to the public until further notice. However, they are now offering phone service (414-766-7900) as well as expanded Curbside Pick Up service, beginning June 1. These services are provided Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parks and Recreation
The Recreation Department can be reached at (414) 766-7920. Registration for Summer programs is open now. All Recreation Department activities may be modified, canceled, or postponed accommodating recommendations in place at the time programming is scheduled to occur.
Oak Creek Department of Public Works
The Public Works building will now be open for business from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. S
The Recycling Yard is open with regular hours of operation: Tuesdays 8 a.m to 8 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Oak Creek Fire Department
The fire station lobbies will remain closed for the time being. If you require non-emergent items such as a fire protection permit, please visit the Fire Department web page or call our administrative office at (414) 570-5630.
Oak Creek Police Department
The Police Station lobby will now be open during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
Oak Creek Municipal Court
Municipal Court sessions will resume on June 2, 2020. To mitigate exposure and spread of illness, the court will be conducting health screening of individuals prior to entry and asking individuals to cover their faces and observe social distancing upon entry.
Oak Creek Water Utility
The Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility lobby will now be open during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
