Rummage Sales Return to Community Center

The Oak Creek Community Center's annual slate of rummage sales begins Saturday, May 4.

Sales are held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the center, 8580 S. Howell Ave.

Saturday's event is the first of nine scheduled at the center this year. Sales are also set for May 18, June 8 and 22, July 20, Aug. 17, Sept. 7 and 21 and Oct. 5. In the event of inclement weather, rummages are re-scheduled for the following Saturday.

Vendor spaces are sold out for May but good availability remains for the other dates, Community Center Director Rich Duchniak said.
