Late Night Dine-and-Dash at George Webb Remains Unsolved
Only three of four patrons at the restaurant paid for their bills before leaving.
A $10.77 bill remains unpaid after a dine-and-dash incident at George Webb.Â
Employees called Port Washington police at 3:04 a.m. Friday to report that a group of four people believed to be in their twenties had dined at George Webb, 1040 S. Spring St., and when they left only three paid their bills, according to police reports.
The group consisted of two women and two men, and video surveillance "shows the two women had dark hair and one had straight hair with red streaks in it," the police report said. An employee described the man who didn't pay as a white male with a goatee and wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.

Employees told police they were not sure where the group was going, but did say they believed they had come from a bar, the report said. Another witness told officers they "believed the group of four left in a red Jeep SRT and it would have been a newer model since 2007."
There are no suspects, and officers advised employees to call again if the group returned to pay, the report said.
