SHOREWOOD, WI — Drivers can expect daytime lane closures and traffic backups on parts of Capitol Drive in Shorewood starting Monday when a multi-phased pavement marking project begins, the village announced on its website.

The work on East Capitol Drive is expected to last for about six weeks, depending on the weather. People will still be able to access businesses and street parking will be mostly accessible, but some areas near work zones may be restricted, the village said.
