Commercial District Zoning Update Set To Kick-Off: Village Of Shorewood

The Plan Commission is set to commence a project that will recommend zoning updates with elements of a hybrid form-based code to the Village’s commercial districts.

A virtual “kick-off” meeting led by the project consultants has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 12 at 6:00 p.m. with invitations extended to various stakeholders including the Plan Commission, Design Review Board, Business Improvement District, Community Development Authority, and the Conservation Committee.

The meeting is also open to anyone from the public who would like to attend.
