What is the right type of exercise for you? Have you always wondered about Pilates?

Join us at the library on Thursday, March 8, 6:30-6:55 p.m. to find out.

The library is partnering with local organizations to bring you great ideas you can use at home. Let Amy Flaherty from Sussex Park and Recreation tell you about the benefits of Pilates or answer your questions about other exercises.

Want to see what a fitness class is like before signing up for a session? During her presentation, Amy will award guest passes to several lucky winners. These passes will  give you the opportunity to try either Pilates or another Sussex Recreation class for free.
