Hamilton's New Five-Year Strategic Plan Previewed at Board Meeting

Hamilton staff gave a preview to the development of the five-year strategic plan for next fall.

Human Resources Director John Roubik previewed the development plan to the board on March 5, according to the board highlights.

In preparation for writing the plan for next fall, the district has sought community representation for the planning team; secured CESA #1 Executive Director James Rickabaugh, Ph. D., as the external facilitator; and established personalized learning and student goal-setting and resiliency as areas of concentration for the new plan.
