Rocking and Rolling on Main Street in Sussex

Honk if you like rock-n-roll — or rocking chairs, at least.

Tuesday on Main Street in Sussex, the recreation department hosted its annual Rock-a-Thon, billed as a celebration of seniors in honor of Older American's Month.

Lunch was served and a bake sale was chock full of goodies. Dante's Bop provided musical accompaniment as seniors sat in rocking chairs on the sidewalk and urged passing drivers to honk or stop by.
