Sussex Man Charged With Delivering Marijuana
Nineteen-year-old man exchanged 57.8 grams of marijuana for $700 in City of Pewaukee, according to a criminal complaint.
A 19-year-old Sussex man is charged with delivering 57.8 grams of marijuana in the City of Pewaukee.
Richard J. Pochert III faces up to 1.5 years in prison if convicted of the felony charge. His first court hearing is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. Monday in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
Pochert is accused of selling the marijuana for $700 to an informant working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit on May 31 on Quinlan Drive in City of Pewaukee. Detectives caught the transaction on video, according to the criminal complaint.
