Hamilton Athletic Booster Club Meeting
The Sussex Hamilton Athletic Booster Club is meeting Monday at 7 p.m. at to talk over new and continuing projects they've been working on, like . The Sussex Hamilton Athletic Booster Club, a not for profit organization, provides financial support through monies raised by volunteers to promote excellence in athletic programs and the Sussex community.
Election Day
Tuesday is election day where Sussex-area voters will cast their ballot to vote on everything from a new Waukesha County Clerk to a new Register of Deeds. Everything you need to know about the election, including information about the candidates, is .Â

Village Board Meeting
It's your village, so make a difference! The Village Board will be meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the lower-level of . Stop by the meeting and voice your concerns and comments about Sussex. Sounds of Sussex
The third and final  concert at  is this Thursday starting at 6 p.m., but this time West of East will be performing. Residents can lay out blankets and sit on chairs in the park while enjoying burgers, brats, beers and live music. West of East describes itself as a cross between Norah Jones and Neko case, and their style is a brand of alternative country.
Village Park Reconstruction Meeting
The Village of Sussex is calling on residents during Sounds of Sussex to provide feedback on the latest update of the , a multi-million dollar project that could completely transform . The meeting will be during the event, so it also starts on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Village Hall's parking lot.Â
This is the second of two 'open houses' that are scheduled so residents can view the plans, ask questions and make comments on the project, a topic of heated discussion after  were released to the public.Â
Sussex Lions Piston & Rod Show
The Sussex Lions Club's 6th Annual Piston & Rod Show is this Saturday, and it's all kicked off at at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast. Food, beer, water and soda will be sold all day at the park while Sussex-area residents admire the coolest trucks, cars, bikes and semis in town.Â
Awards for best in show will be presented at 3 p.m., and there will even be a raffle going on all day for residents who attend. You can find out more detailed information on the event on the Lions' website.
