The deputy located the two people and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by Eddy. The deputy noted that Eddy did not have a valid driver’s license.

A K-9 was requested to the scene and deputies located a glass tube used to smoke cocaine in the vehicle. Eddy denied any knowledge of the device, but deputies smelled an odor of intoxicants coming from her.

Eddy, who was ordered to have absolute sobriety while on bail, had a .084 percent blood alcohol concentration.
