WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to two fights, a person threatening another person with a knife and a woman being followed by a strange car, Waukesha Police Department logs showed.

Two Fights, One Between Two Families

Waukesha police responded to a call of two families fighting in the parking lot of Walmart at 2000 West Avenue on Wednesday, police logs showed. The manager told police the fight was verbal, and officers found that no one was injured.
There was only a verbal argument and cart pushing between a family and an unknown couple around 6:40 p.m., police said.

Officers arrested a man after they responded to a fight outside of Speedway on the 400 block of Summit Avenue on Monday, police logs showed. Police responded at around 9:35 p.m.
Person Threatened With Knife
Someone called Waukesha police on Thursday and said a friend pulled a knife on them while they were over at their house around 9:38 a.m., police logs showed. Officers identified the woman who had the knife leaving the house when they arrived and followed her from the 1000 block of Pewaukee Road to North Street.
The woman was unarmed, but she refused to stop walking away, according to police logs. Police arrested her after she kept walking away, through other peoples' yards and in traffic, police said.
Woman Followed By Strange Car
A Waukesha woman called police after hiding from a car she said was following her near Victoria Drive and West Sunset Drive on Wednesday, police logs showed. She ran and hid from a car that was following her home from work.
The woman said the car was riding slowly next to her after she left work, and that it turned the corner when she did, police logs said. She told officers that this had happened to her before.
The driver didn't say anything to the woman, police said. Police gave her a ride home.
