Area Students Named to Dean's List at UW-River Falls

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls fall semester Dean's List honoring 1, 414 students has been released by Registrar Daniel Vande Yacht.

To be named to the Dean's List, a full-time undergraduate student must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a scale of 4.0, or midway between an "A" and "B" average.

The following area students were named to the list:

• Jacob Boyd of Waukesha, WI, majoring in Geography.
• Melissa Backhaus of Waukesha, WI, majoring in Elementary Education.
• Rebecca Gasper of New Berlin, WI, majoring in Pre-Major.
• Emily Nelson of Waukesha, WI, majoring in Health & Human Performance.
