Convicted Sex Offender To Be Released Into Waukesha

According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Ronald Schroeder has several aliases, including Mr. Silly and Silly the Clown.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police say a registered sex offender who was convicted of second-degree sexual assault in 2008 is being released back into the community.

According to the Waukesha police department, Ronald Schroeder, 50, was convicted of second-degree sexual assault after he photographed himself assaulting an unconscious woman.

Authorities say Schroeder will be placed in an apartment on the 1100 block of E. Main Street in Waukesha, where he will be living outside the Waukesha Child Safety Zone.

Police say Schroeder is not to have any unsupervised contact with children, is not allowed in taverns, bars or liquor stores and is now allowed to possess or consume alcohol or drugs.
