Fire At Pewaukee Storage Complex, Man Suffers Burns: Sheriff
A man was seriously burned when the car he was working on inside a Pewaukee storage unit caught fire, authorities said.

PEWAUKEE, WI — A man suffered burns to the upper part of his body when a fire broke out at the Red Dot Storage complex on Bluemound Road in Pewaukee Saturday, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office.
It happened just before 6 p.m. at the N14W24789 Bluemound Road storage complex, authorities said. The 35-year-old man was injured when the car he was working on inside a storage unit caught fire, according to the sheriff's office. The fire quickly spread and caused extensive damage, the sheriff's office said in a news release.
Firefighters brought the 35-year-old to Waukesha Memorial Hospital with serious injuries, according to the news release.

Pewaukee firefighters suppressed the fire alongside firefighters from Waukesha, Merton, Sussex, Lisbon, Elm Grove, Lake County, Brookfield, Tess Corners, Big Bend, Western Lakes, Menomonee Falls, Butler and West Allis.
"We appreciate the public avoiding the area and understand the inconvenience of Bluemound Road being closed in both directions during firefighting operations and clean up," the sheriff's office wrote.
