Letter to the Editor: Vote Skinner for District 8

I am proud of the way Alderman (Vance) Skinner has represented District 8 for the last three years. He has proven that he can ask the right questions, weigh the benefits along with the costs and make informed decisions for his district. He looks at all aspects of the decision including the short term and long term effects.

Along with making thoughtful and informed decisions, he has represented District 8 in a highly professional manner and has always been proactive in his decision making. Skinner has shown that he can work with other Common Council members and the mayor along with various stakeholders in the district including Carroll University and the School District of Waukesha. Most importantly, Alderman Skinner has worked with his constituents and has always been available for residents to voice their concerns. He has sent interested residents periodic emails to update them on the current news and happenings within his district. Recently, Vance opened a business in Waukesha that further connects him to the citizens of Waukesha. I urge the residents of District 8 to vote for Alderman Skinner and move our district into future and not back to the past.
