Man Hit, Killed By Train In Waukesha: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — A man was killed after being struck by a train on Wednesday night at the railroad crossing near North Grand Avenue and Williams Street, according to City of Waukesha police.

Police and fire were dispatched to the area shortly before 9 p.m. The man, who was a pedestrian, died at the scene.

“We are working with the medical examiners officer to determine manner and cause of death as well as positive identification of the decedent. At this time there is no indication of criminal activity,” police said.
