Two people were captured on camera going through a car on Saturday in the 500 block of Elizabeth Street. Nothing was taken from the car. The car owner was encouraged to lock her car in the future.
Two people refused to leave a bar on Main Street at closing time on Saturday. A couple were in the bathroom for over 20 minutes. They were both banned from the bar after they finally left.

A group of juveniles were fighting by the swings at a park on Saturday on Spring Street. The group told police they were messing around and not actually fighting.
A naked man was found hanging by a bench on the riverbank on Sunday. He tried to go into a building but was kicked out. Police discovered he consumed mushrooms and had a bad trip. He was taken to the hospital.

A hit-and-run was reported Tuesday on East Avenue. A car hit a minivan and a man was seen running from the car. The caller said a pile of cash was found and the man yelled something at the caller prior to the crash. It is not known if there was any damage. Patch reached out to police on Tuesday for more information.
A man was arguing with a couple about the way they were wearing a mask on Tuesday on Moreland Boulevard. The man called the woman names and said he was going to film her. The man and woman argued over masks and COVID-19 in the lobby and he gave her the middle finger. Both were advised on their disorderly behavior.
