New Kwik Trip Proposed In Waukesha

WAUKESHA, WI—The Waukesha Plan Commission will review on Wednesday final site and architectural plans for a proposed Kwik Trip at the corner of River Valley Road and Les Paul Parkway, according to online city documents.

The 4.29-acre site will include a convenience store and a 10-dispenser fueling canopy. The site will have 49 total parking spaces.

Kwik Trip is proposing being open 24 hours for all uses. The convenience store will sell fresh produce, bakery, dairy, beverages, fresh meat, groceries, along with tobacco, lottery, alcohol, and gas.

There will be a car wash attached to the building on the east side of the property.

Kwik Trip is a chain of convenience stores with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota under the name Kwik Trip, and in Iowa and Illinois under the name Kwik Star.
