
Carmella L. Alvarez of Waukesha, entered eternal life on Wednesday, May 29, 2013.
 She was born in Waukesha on February 7, 1943 the daughter of Joseph M. and Virginia L. (Green) Cotton. Carmella was united in marriage to Andres Alvarez on September 29, 1962 in Waukesha.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Carmella enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who she adored.
She will be forever remembered for helping people and caring for others. Surviving Carmella is her loving daughter, Christine (Freddy) Hernandez, grandchildren, Austin and Briana Hernandez and faithful companion Benji.
Also surviving are two brothers, Joseph M. (Vicky) Cotton Jr. and Mike Cotton, five sisters, Stef Alvarez, Judy (Jesse) Medina, Donna Moede, Mary Schroeder and Karen (Jerome) Jones all of Waukesha, sister-in-law, Jean Cotton of Florida. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Virginia Cotton, loving husband, Andres Alvarez on October 2, 2007, and by five brothers, Jake, Chuck, Richie, Paul and Patrick Cotton.
In accordance to Carmella’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place. Burial of her cremains will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.   Â
