Alison Ippolite, co-owner of Sobelman's and Bosco’s Social Club, joked she wanted to call the sauce, "St. Olaf." White's character from the show "Golden Girls" was from the small town in Minnesota.
White, the iconic actress and comedian beloved by generations and best known for her roles on "The Golden Girls" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," died on Friday at 99.

White married game show host Allen Ludden in 1963. The marriage lasted until his death from cancer in 1981. He is buried in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. It is not confirmed if she will be buried alongside her husband or in California where she resided.
Ippolite is a huge "Golden Girls" fan.
"I'm a huge "Golden Girls" fan, I even went on the "Golden Girls" cruise and I think she [Betty White] is such an icon," she told Patch.
She also owns the show-inspired Monopoly game, and her aunt cross stitched a "Golden Girls" craft with the words "Thank you for being a friend."
Ippolite said the show and White were both very progressive. The show addressed LGBTQ rights and other mainstream topics still discussed today.
"You think oh my God this was 1989. The fact that they touched on all those issues and did it so well is crazy," Ippolite said.
White was preparing to celebrate her 100th birthday on Jan. 17.
"It is bittersweet but good for her. She lived a really long great life. I would still consider her 100," she said.
For White's 100th birthday, the restaurant will be giving out cheesecake. Ippolite said she plans to donate 50 percent of sales to Humane Animal Welfare Society - HAWS of Waukesha County.
White was an animal advocate, raising money for animal causes.
