Waukesha Christmas Parade: Candlelight Vigil Planned For Sunday
Life's Connection, a community health and education center, will host the vigil.

WAUKESHA, WI — A candlelight vigil is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Veteran's Park, 494 W. Main St.
Life's Connection, a community health and education center, will host the vigil.
"Please join us as we gather in love for our community and find comfort and healing through song and prayer," the center said in a flyer.

People across Waukesha turned out at candlelight vigils on Monday to mourn five people killed Sunday when an SUV crashed through barricades and entered the Waukesha Christmas parade route. On Tuesday, a sixth person died from injuries he sustained at the parade. More than 60 people were injured.
Several churches offered special prayer services Monday to honor those who died and to provide solace for those grieving them.
