Waukesha Police Department Closes Front Lobby

Complaints, parking tickets, parking permits, open records requests and other services have been affected.

WAUKESHA, WI — Due to the new coronavirus, COVID-19, the Waukesha police department closed their front lobby until further notice.

"If you have a need to speak with a Police Officer regarding a criminal complaint, please call 262-524-3831," officials said this week. "If you need to come to the police department please utilize the intercom system in the vestibule."

Payments for municipal or parking citations may be placed in the drop box on the wall. Exact change, check or money order will be accepted. Payments will also be accepted online at the city website: www.waukesha-wi.gov
