Two Plans Moving Forward

According to the district, staff and administration have created the following options to address schooling in the foreseeable future as the coronavirus runs its course in our country and state.

Families will have two options available to choose from so that their children can continue to advance academically.

Distance Learning

The first option families will have is the opportunity for a distance learning experience where materials will be provided to families and learning modules will be recorded from school and available for families to access online in the home. All coursework will be submitted digitally to the teacher for review.

This option will allow families to stay connected to the teacher they are currently working with and, if the status of the virus dictates, eventually come back to school and resume instruction in the classroom, district officials said.

eAchieve Academy

The second option families will have is to enroll their children in eAchieve Academy for the remainder of the school year. This will enable your child(ren) to participate in an online core educational experience from home.

District officials said eAchieve has a fully-developed curriculum prepared for students and guidance for families to support their children. For student athletes interested in this option, parents are encouraged to reach out to their student's school athletic director to determine if this would have an impact on WIAA athletic eligibility.
