New Fitness Director Hired at the J

Kris Anderson has been hired as the new director of fitness at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center (the J).

A St. Louis, Mo. native, Anderson has been teaching exercise and fitness classes for the past 20 years. Anderson taught exercise classes for about a year and a half at different gyms in Sweden before returning to Milwaukee last year.  She is certified in a variety of exercises including group exercise, Spinning, Pilates and more.
